Short BIO
Samantha Mylocopos is a lecturer in the School of International Management at Modul University Vienna. She specializes in marketing, management, leadership, tourism and human resource management. As a Canadian, she brings her unique perspective, knowledge, and several years of management experience to the table to enrich and enhance her teachings in the classroom.
Samantha completed her Bachelor's of Commerce (BComm) at John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, in Montréal, where she completed a major in management and a minor in human resource management. Following her studies, she backpacked throughout Europe, and it was during this time that she made the decision to move to Vienna to pursue her Master's of Science (MSc) in International Tourism Management, where she specialized in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Innovation at Modul University. Rediscovering her love for education and research during this time, she made the decision to do her PhD in Business and Socioeconomic Sciences, focusing on tourism marketing. She is currently writing her dissertation, while teaching several courses at Modul University.
